Solutions 1.Adjust the viscosity according to the specifications of paint. Always follow painting condition instructions. 2.If the proper thinner is used, the cap of the thinner container may not be fully closed and some thinner mixture is evaporated. - Avoid using thinner that is not recommended by paint instructions as the compounds may not match the paint used. 3.Reduce flow rate gradually until a desired paint film is achieved. 4.Average distance between spray gun and object is 1 feet. Excessive distance will cause unsmooth surface and too fast-drying surface. 5.Gradually increase the air pressure until a desired paint film is achieved.
