สาเหตุ 1.การแห้งตัวของ Base Coat ช้าเกินไป 2.อุณหภูมิของสีหรือห้องพ่นต่ำเกินไป 3.Flash Time ระหว่างBase Coat และ Top Coat สั้นไป 4.Sanding ชิ้นงานไม่เรียบ

การแก้ไข 1.เติม Solvent แห้งเร็วเช่น MIBK, MEK 2.ปรับอุณหภูมิห้องพ่นให้อยู่ระหว่าง 23 - 27 °C 3.ควรทิ้งระยะเวลา 2 -3 นาที 4.ควรขัดชิ้นงานไปทางเดียวกันในแนวนอนไม่ขัดย้อนแนว การลงน้ำหนักมือในการขัดมีความสำคัญต่อการขัดที่ดี ควรขัดชิ้นงานให้เรียบสม่ำเสมอทั้งชิ้น

Causes 1.Too slow-drying base coat. 2.Temperature in the spray room is too low. 3.Flash time between Base Coat and Top Coat is too short 4.Unsmooth sanding Solutions 1.Add fast-drying solvent, such as MIBK, MEK 2.Keep the temperature of spray room at 23 - 27 °C 3.Allow 2-3 minutes 4.Sand the surface in horizontally one direction. Do not sand back and forth. The good finishing surface appearance is varied by the sanding pressure. Even and smooth sanding are necessary for the whole piece of works.
