สีเป็นฝ้า (Blushing)

สาเหตุ 1. สีมีความชื้นสูงในบริเวณสถานที่พ่น 2. ใช้ทินเนอร์ที่แห้งเร็วเกินไป 3. ใช้แรงดันลมในการพ่นสีแรงเกินไป การป้องกัน 1. เมื่อพ่นสีในสถานที่ที่มีความชื้นสูง ให้เติมทินเนอร์ที่แห้งช้า เพื่อช่วยให้การระเหยตัวของทินเนอร์ ในสีให้ช้าลง 2. ให้ความร้อนกับผิวงานของบริเวณนั้น 3. ปรับแรงดันลมให้เหมาะสม

การแก้ไข 1. ถ้ามีฝ้าในปริมาณเล็กน้อยให้ใช้ยาขัดขัดออก 2. ถ้ามีฝ้าในปริมาณให้ขัดกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 1500-2000 แล้วพ่นสีทับหน้าใหม่

Causes 1. High moisture in spraying area 2. Using the Thinner which dries too fast 3. Air pump delivers too high air pressure Prevention 1. If the work area is high in moisture, use a slow-drying Thinner to delay the vaporisation of the Thinner. 2. Warm up the work surface 3. Use appropriate air pressure Solution 1. For few blushing, sand them out with mark remover. 2. In extreme cases, sand them out with Sanding Paper no. 1500-2000, and re-do the top coat.
