สาเหตุ 1.Base Coat แห้งเร็วไป 2.ฟิล์มสีบางเกินไป 3.ใช้กระดาษทรายเบอร์หยาบไป 4.ขาดความระมัดระวังในการ Sanding

การแก้ไข 1.เติม Solvent แห้งช้า เช่น Butyl Cellosolve หรือ Solvesso 150 เพื่อชะลอการแห้ง 2.เติมเนื้อสีและพ่นบางๆ หลายๆ ครั้งให้ได้ความหนาตามกำหนด 3.กระดาษทรายเบอร์สูงจะมีความละเอียดมากกว่า โดยทั่วไปควรขัดด้วยกระดาษทรายเบอร์ 1,000 ขึ้นไป 4.ควรขัดชิ้นงานไปทางเดียวกันในแนวนอนไม่ขัดย้อนแนว การลงน้ำหนักมือในการขัดมีความสำคัญต่อการขัดที่ดี ควรขัดชิ้นงานให้เรียบสม่ำเสมอทั้งชิ้น

Causes 1.Too fast-drying base coat 2.Too thin paint film 3.Using too coarse sandpaper 4.Poor sanding Solutions 1.Add slow-drying solvent, such as Butyl Celloslve or Solvesso 150 to delay the drying time. 2.Add paint compounds and make several thin spray applications according to the instructions. 3.The higher number grits of sandpaper, the finer it will be. Sandpaper of 1000 grit is generally recommended. 4.Sand the surface in horizontally one direction. Do not sand back and forth.

The good finishing surface appearance is varied by the sanding pressure. Even and smooth sanding are necessary for the whole piece of works.
