สาเหตุ 1. การเตรียมพื้นผิวก่อนพ่นสีทับหน้าไม่สะอาด เช่นมีฝุ่นละออง, น้ำมัน, เศษสีโป๊ว และน้ำ เมื่อพ่นสีทับหน้า ทำให้ความชื้นซึมผ่านฟิล์มสีเข้าไปสะสม แล้วขยายตัวเป็นตุ่มเล็กๆ 2. มีน้ำหรือน้ำมันในปั๊มลมหรือสายลม 3. การยึดเกาะระหว่างสีทับหน้าและสีรองพื้นไม่ดี 4. ทิ้งแผ่นเหล็กไว้นานเกินไปทำให้เกิดความชื้นบนผิวเหล็ก การป้องกัน 1. ทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวให้ดีก่อนการพ่นสีทุกครั้ง 2. ใช้สีทับหน้าและสีรองพื้นที่มีการยึดเกาะกันดี 3. ควรมีเครื่องดักน้ำหรือน้ำมัน และปล่อยน้ำหรือน้ำมันที่ขังอยู่ ก่อนการพ่นสีทุกครั้ง 4. ไม่ควรทิ้งแผ่นเหล็กไว้นานก่อนการพ่น

การแก้ไข ทำการลอกสี หรือขัดสีจนถึงชั้นที่ก่อปัญหาแล้วซ่อมใหม่
