ปัญหาสีเป็นเม็ด (Seeding)

สาเหตุ 1.มีฝุ่นละอองปนเปื้อนในสี 2.มีคราบสีเก่า โดยเฉพาะ Metallic ตกค้างอยู่ในอุปกรณ์การพ่นสี 3.การกวนสีไม่ดีพอ

การแก้ไข 1.กรองสีก่อนใช้ ควรมีระบบกรองอากาศสำหรับอากาศที่หมุนเวียนในห้องพ่น 2.ควรทำความสะอาดปืนพ่นทันทีที่พ่นเสร็จเพื่อไม่ให้มีเศษสีตกค้างในปืนพ่นและอุปกรณ์ ต้องล้างทำความสะอาดทุกครั้งที่มีการเปลี่ยนสีใหม่ 3.ควรกวนสีให้เข้ากัน ความแรงสม่ำเสมอประมาณ 1- 2 นาทีก่อนใช้

Causes 1.Dust contamination in paint 2.Paint stains, metallic paint residue in spray equipment. 3.Inadequate stirring of paint Solutions 1.Filter paint before use. Install an air filtering system in the spray room. 2.Wash the spray gun after use every time. Wash and clean spray gun and equipment every time the paint is changed to the new one. 3.Stir the paint well with consistency of stirring force, 1-2 minutes before use.
