ปัญหาสีย่น(Wrinkling Paint)

สาเหตุ

ของปัญหานี้พบว่า การทาสีหนาเที่ยวเดียวเกินมาตรฐาน การใช้งาน การทาสีเที่ยวที่ 2 ทับในขณะที่สีเที่ยวแรกยังแห้งตัวไม่สนิท ผสมตัวทำละลาย หรือทินเนอร์ ที่มีการละลายสูง หรือมีความแรงมากเกินไป

ลักษณะ

สีย่นที่พบเห็น ฟิล์มสีที่แห้งตัวแล้วเกิดรอยย่น

การแก้ไข

ในส่วนที่พบว่าเกิดปัญหาสีย่นนั้นควรจะปล่อยให้ บริเวณที่เกิดสีไหล ต้องทิ้งให้แห้งสีสนิทก่อน หลังจากนั้น ใช้กระดาษทรายขัดให้เรียบ และทิ้งให้แห้งสนิท เลือกใช้น้ำมันสนที่มีคุณภาพ หรือทินเนอร์ผสมสีน้ำมัน ตามที่ผู้ผลิตสีแนะนำ แล้วจึง เคลือบสีทับหน้า

Causes Excessive film thickness in one application. Coating outer surface while the inner layer remains damp. Excessive dissolving of solvent or Thinner which is too high in solubility. Appearance Crinkling or creasing of paint film once dried. Solution Allowing the affected area to dry thoroughly. Sand off the wrinkles, leave dry and refinish. Use decent pine oil or Thinner recommended by the distributor.
